The BOB is there for you!
To our clients we intend to offer best travelling conditions for their entire trip, starting with the schedule and ending up with information support at the arrival station. In order to obtain information on timetables of the BOB and the DB you may select among different options: BOB customer centres, BOB sales offices, posters at stations, our telephone hotline or the internet. Tickets are available at BOB customer centres, BOB sales offices and BOB ticket vending machines on every platform.
18 train conductors are pleased to provide you during your trip with additional information. Please be aware that tickets imperatively must be purchased and validated prior to boarding the train.
In addition we have developed special services for certain customer groups: Tourists and day trippers, children and adolescents and last but not least disabled or visually impaired persons.
In the Oberland Region you have access to the service of five customer centres. They will provide you with all kinds of useful information: timetables, tickets and all services available from the BOB and the DB (national and international). At the BOB customer centre in Holzkirchen and Munich Main Station you also have access to services of the Munich public transport system (MVV). In case you want to book a journey provided by Ameropa, qualified staff at our customer centres will be happy to assist and advise.
