No Sales of Tickets on Trains

With immediate effect no tickets are sold any more on board of our trains. Every passenger that will be encountered without valid ticket will be fined on the spot with EUR 40. There is one exception from this rule when the ticket machine at the station of boarding is demonstrably out of function. By implementing this policy the BOB is aligning with the conditions of transport of the Munich S-Bahn. Passengers are kindly requested to arrange for the necessary change for the ticket machines or to buy tickets early enough in advance at one of our customer centres.
